I use 8-ounce jars for the creamy, light recipes and 4-ounce jars for the richer desserts.

    • Hi Sandra! I recommend 4-8oz wide mouth mason jars with sealable lids (if you want to make them ahead). I typically use 8oz jars for lighter, mousse recipes and 4oz jars when it's very rich and you only need a little. Hope that helps!
